Scarborough harbour.
I'd driven Ann to Scarborough to attend a funeral of one of her Guiding colleagues, so had a few hours to explore the town. Not enough to use my paints but, after a nice salad for lunch, I sketched this view of the harbour with some watercolour washes, and painted it later at home. The town was very festive with Union Jacks on all the flagpoles as it was the time of the Queen's Jubilee in 2022.
This painting is not for sale at present as it is in an exhibition. If you are interested, then please revisit this site in early January to see if it is available, or contact me.
